Rule Changes

The rules committee convened at 3:00 PM on 7 January 2006 at the Dead Ant Tavern.  Two major changes were discussed.  The first change is to rule 10B.  The home team is now responsible for mailing the score sheet and calling in the results.  The second change is to Rule 23.  The points awarded for each set in the masters division will be 3 instead of (1) one.  One point for each leg of the set.  If the set is swept in two legs all three points will be awarded to the sweeping team.  Other changes were typographical in nature.

Any member of the CSDL can propose a change to the rules, just bring your change to any board member in writing or you may personally bring your proposed change to the Board during any scheduled board meeting.
