From the Board

News from the board:  Mr. Jay Alcenius was appointed as the CSDL Treasurer.  The Board would like thank Jay for accepting the Treasures’ position.  More news:  Mike Pacheco was appointed to the board position vacated by Carol Anglin. 

From the ADO Rep

I would like to thank everyone for there participation.  Here are the qualified persons for the ADO Masters Regional.  For the MEN, Sanjive Bhandari, Kevin Blackmer, and Jon Bryant.  For the WOMEN, Kathi Smith, and Trobi Adams.
Congratulations to all. The league sponsors two spots.  The other three spots are paid bye players entry fees to total $330. Again THANK YOU to all that played and donated.

The next Regional is here in the Springs in conjunction with the PPO.  At the Dead Ant Tavern. May 17 & 18.  Let’s try to send more shooters to the Regional.  For this go-round there will be 5 shoots.  Due to the good turn out at the last 4 shoots all these shoots will be at the Dead Ant due to the # of boards and space.

April 5; 12; April 19; April 26; May 3.  These shoots are at 4:30. If there are 8 or more shooters at any shoot, 2 brackets will be used to try to hurry it along a little bit.  The system will be the same, collective points over all five shoots. First for men and woman will be sponsored by the CSDL (thank you).  The rest is player generated.  So make sure you tell 2 buddies and bring 2 friends.

                Rules

RULE 34:  POSTPONEMENTS

A.  Postponements are permitted only upon the agreement of both team Captains, and also in accordance with these rules.

B.  The Statistician shall be notified immediately about any postponements.

C.   Any postponements affecting the last 2 weeks of the season must be approved by the CSDL board President or the Chairman of the Rules Committee.

D.  If makeup games are not completed before the last 2 weeks of the season, the Rules Committee designates a date and place the following week and the normal forfeiture rules apply.

E.  All regular rules apply in the play of a postponed match.

RULE 35:  RESCHEDULING

A.  Rescheduling must be made by agreement by both Captains so that the rescheduled match is completed prior to the last two weeks of the season.  In all cases, the Statistician shall be notified, by the Captain, requesting the rescheduled match.

JUST a Reminder to call in match results to the CSDL recorder 574-7561 No Later Than 1200 noon the day following the match.  Score sheets need to be mailed (postmarked) No Later Then the day following the match.
